Rules for nomination for President and Board membership:

The nominee should be a member of ISIR. Anyone may suggest a person for consideration by the nominating committee. Any 10 members of ISIR may request that a particular member of ISIR be a nominee. Such nominees, together with candidates suggested by the nominating committee, will appear on the ballot. (The nominee declines nomination)
