Transitioning to Democracy

The International Society for Intelligence Research (ISIR) began in 2000 with an advisory committee governance structure.

The rapid and increasing expansion of ISIR suggested to the board that it was important to transition to a democratic model as soon as possible. Professor Hunt, and Drs Johnson, and Irwing, at the direction of the board, developed a new Code of Regulations that will transition ISIR to democracy by 2013. All current officers will be replaced by elected members and this new code is linked above.
